What is Life Skill Passport?
Life skills are far more important than classroom education or technical skills. They help you to find and sustain your job in the fast changing job market. In one hand, LIFE SKILL PASPORT is a skill coaching and certification program for young job seekers who entre in to job market in the private sector. On the other hand it helps existing employees to retain their jobs and to grow through their professional ladder. Life Skills Passport offers two certification levels powered by a comprehensive life skill training and coaching program.
01. Level One - offer 10 life skills and an assessment for Job seekers.
LIFE SKILL PASSPORT offers training, coaching, assessment and certification services for you to find the best job opportunities in the competitive job market. Our aim is to help you to get the right life-skill training, related skill assessment support and gauging (skills ratings) prior to your job interview. SKILL-PASSPORT certification will help you to become a competitive job seeker equipped with the best set of life-skills and compatible growth mindset.
02. Level Two - offers 10 more advance life skills coaching for existing employees.
Here the training and coaching program is designed after a life skill need assessment (LSNA) of the given company/institution. Based on the diverse nature and the kind of growth needs, right set of life skills will be customized to get the desired impact from existing human capital.

Certification Process of Life Skill Passport
Its a comprehensive process that help individuals to grow and gauge their life skills with the support of highly experienced life skill coaches. You will really feel that you are improving and unleashing your true capacity. The whole process starts with an initial assessment of desired life skills of of you, as the selected employee/candidate. Soon after the assessment you can start the training and coaching sessions where you will learn ten skills in an action oriented workshops.
During the course of training and coaching, you will be individually guided and supported to improve your life skill set. During this stage, you have to complete several individual and group assessments to fulfill practical skill development. At the end of this training your skill levels will be assessed by the trainers and provide you further feedbacks and coaching if and when necessary. At the end of this assessment, you will receive a detailed assessment report and further instructions to plan ahead.
Soon after the final assessment you will be awarded the Life Skill Passport certificate and Skill Card you deserve.
What is Life Skill Score Card?
This is your life skill score card. Your final Life Skill assessment will looks like the following spider chart that shows both the initial skill level (yellow) and final skill gauging (green).
This your score card that shows the final gauging of ten life skills. Along with your certificate, you will receive this life skills score card certified by the IGC Campus.
